Change Manager – Financial Services (Hybrid, Leeds)

About the role

We are partnering with a growing financial services organisation to find an experienced Change Manager who will lead the delivery of strategic business change across several high‑profile programmes. The role is based in Leeds with a hybrid working model – three days on site and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of three major strategic change and transformation programmes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, RAID logs and progress reports.
• Coordinate activities across Operations, Compliance, Technology, Investments and external partners.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure successful adoption of change.
• Identify, manage and mitigate programme risks and dependencies.
• Track benefits realisation and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex change programmes within Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of FCA regulatory environment and consumer duty obligations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £70,000 and £80,000 per year.
