Change Project Manager – Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to lead multiple client‑facing transformation initiatives within Aviva Investors’ Insurance & Investment Solutions function. The role sits in the Aviva Client Change team and supports the UK and Ireland insurance businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of several concurrent change programmes across asset and investment management.
• Coordinate internal teams, third‑party partners and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Maintain strong governance and risk‑management frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track dependencies, mitigate delivery challenges and ensure benefits realisation.
• Produce governance and reporting materials for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering change in asset or investment management environments.
• Background in project management, business analysis or product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast‑paced transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leadership and external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
