About the role

Join a fully Chartered, independent advisory firm as a Chartered Financial Planner in London. You will inherit an established client bank and benefit from a steady flow of new enquiries, allowing you to focus on delivering holistic financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of clients, including transitions from other advisers.
• Provide independent, whole‑of‑market financial advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, their families, and professional networks.
• Contribute to firm growth through referrals, networking and firm‑generated leads.
• Mentor junior advisers and paraplanners as you progress, if desired.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner qualification (essential).
• Several years of advisory experience with a client‑first mindset.
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to build trust.
• Motivation to develop new business with firm support.
• Leadership or management experience is a plus, not required.
