About the role

We are seeking a Chartered Financial Planner to join a privately‑owned wealth planning firm in Kent. You will work with high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients whose assets range from £250,000 to £20 million, providing bespoke financial advice and managing complex financial situations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive financial planning and wealth‑management advice to discerning HNW/UHNW clients.
• Maintain and deepen long‑term client relationships built on trust, competence and character.
• Collaborate with dedicated paraplanners and financial administrators to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Communicate recommendations clearly, confidently and with warmth.

Required profile

• Chartered Financial Planner status (or working towards it).
• Professional polish, integrity and a commitment to the firm’s high standards.
• Ability to earn client loyalty through expertise and character.
