Chartered Residential Surveyor (Glasgow)

About the role

Join a well‑established chartered surveying firm with a strong presence across Scotland. As a Chartered Residential Surveyor you will deliver high‑quality residential valuation and survey services, supporting clients throughout the home buying and selling process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and produce Home Reports, mortgage valuations and private surveys in line with RICS standards.
• Manage your own workload and diary to ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Provide expert advice on property condition, risks and market value to clients.
• Maintain excellent service levels and uphold the firm’s reputation for accuracy and professionalism.

Required profile

• MRICS or FRICS qualified (Residential pathway preferred).
• Proven experience in residential surveys and valuations.
• Strong knowledge of the Scottish residential property market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• RICS standards compliance.
