About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Chat Support Agent to join a growing remote team. This entry‑level position provides full training, making it ideal for graduates, career changers, or anyone with retail, hospitality, administration, or customer‑service experience. You will interact with customers via live chat, email, and online messaging platforms, delivering a positive experience every time.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through live chat and online messaging.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Process customer requests and update account information.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve enquiries.
• Meet response‑time targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication and typing skills.
• Strong customer‑service and problem‑solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, professional, and empathetic approach.
