About the role

Join the award‑winning culinary team at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow as a Chef De Partie – Bank. You will work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver nutritious, high‑quality meals that enhance residents' wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading the kitchen team.
• Prepare balanced meals and beverages to a high standard, meeting dietary requirements.
• Participate in meetings with residents and department heads to discuss catering needs.
• Support cost‑effective stock control and minimise waste.
• Help develop and regularly review the menu.

Required profile

• Hold a catering qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2, NVQ, or equivalent.
• Possess a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Minimum of one year catering experience.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high‑quality service.
• Flexible and able to cover duties at short notice.
