About the role

MERQUAN CORP is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to steer its cutting‑edge fintech platform through a critical commercial phase. The CEO will translate deep technology into institutional credibility, secure capital, forge strategic partnerships, and drive market entry across retail to institutional segments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute MERQUAN’s commercial strategy, investor narrative, and capital‑raising initiatives.
• Position the company clearly to investors, strategic partners, institutions, and senior hires.
• Establish an executive operating rhythm across product, technology, compliance, partnerships, and revenue teams.
• Validate go‑to‑market strategies for trader, professional, and institutional segments.
• Structure and manage relationships with data providers, exchanges, brokers, funds, and infrastructure partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and lead senior leadership as the organization scales.
• Develop board‑level reporting, governance discipline, and investor‑grade communications.
• Collaborate with founders to preserve technical vision while sharpening commercial execution.
• Represent MERQUAN externally with investors, regulators, and industry bodies.

Required profile

• Proven executive experience in fintech, capital markets, or related financial technology sectors.
• Track record of successful capital formation, strategic partnership development, and market entry.
• Ability to simplify complex infrastructure into a compelling commercial story.
• Strong credibility with sophisticated investors and institutional stakeholders.
• High‑trust leadership style capable of operating across technology, regulatory, and market domains.
