About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a private‑equity‑backed professional services organisation operating in the South East of England. The business generates roughly £20 million in revenue, has grown through acquisitions, and is targeting an exit within the next 18 months.

Key responsibilities

• Drive top‑line growth and improve EBITDA across the consulting portfolio.
• Lead and execute further M&A activity, including integration of acquired entities.
• Prepare the company for a successful private‑equity exit and manage post‑exit transition.
• Collaborate closely with the financial sponsor and senior leadership team.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s reputation in the B2B consulting market.

Required profile

• Proven CEO experience in an entrepreneurial, professional‑services environment.
• Demonstrated record of significant revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.
• Hands‑on M&A and integration expertise.
• Background in B2B consulting or white‑collar services.
• Experience navigating a private‑equity‑backed exit.
• Available to start on short notice (immediate to a few months).
