Chief of Staff to Founder

About the role

Pixi is looking for a proactive Chief of Staff to support its Founder and CEO. The role is designed to amplify the CEO’s effectiveness, accelerate execution across the business, and turn strategic decisions into measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the executive operating rhythm – manage agendas, pre‑reads, action items and accountability tracking.
• Partner with the CEO to set annual and quarterly priorities and translate them into OKRs and scorecards.
• Lead high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives from scoping through delivery.
• Provide decision clarity by drafting problem statements, options, trade‑offs and recommendations.
• Maintain a single source of truth for strategic initiatives, including road‑maps, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare the CEO for key meetings and draft communications for board, investors and leadership.
• Identify operational friction points and implement process improvements.
• Establish escalation mechanisms to resolve blockers quickly.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience in operating, consulting, banking, strategy or high‑growth leadership roles.
• Proven track record of owning cross‑functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong structured thinking, financial literacy and data‑driven decision making.
• Exceptional written communication skills (memos, briefs, narratives).
• High emotional intelligence, credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence without authority.
• Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
