Children’s Social Worker – Looked After Children Team

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a Looked After Children, UASC and Children in Care team serving the West London area. The role is contract‑based, offers a competitive hourly rate and provides flexible hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Looked After Children and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).
- Conduct age assessments and provide safeguarding support for vulnerable children.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary partners to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in children’s services.
- Demonstrated experience working with Looked After Children and UASC.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
