About the role
As a Children’s Worker you will join a dedicated team in Glasgow, providing daily support and companionship to young people with additional needs. Your presence will help create a safe, calm environment where children feel valued and confident.
Key responsibilities
- Create simple routines that promote calm and confidence.
- Engage in play, crafts, storytelling and other activities that bring joy.
- Support personal care needs with dignity and kindness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive, supportive team environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children or in a caring role.
- Patience and calmness, even in noisy or challenging situations.
- A genuine willingness to learn and a compassionate attitude.
