Christmas Retail Associate – Bletchley (20 hrs/week)

About the role

This temporary position supports our busy Christmas period, providing face‑to‑face customer service and merchandising expertise in our fashion jewellery stores. You will work 20 hours per week across a set shift pattern, based in Bletchley with occasional travel to nearby stores.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and positive customer service on the shop floor.
• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unpack and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and store cleanliness.
• Set up promotional activities and support host management teams to drive sales.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or retail environment; fashion brand experience is a plus.
• Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Own a current‑generation Apple or Android smartphone.
• Available to start as soon as possible and work the specified shift pattern.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using retail apps.
