Christmas Retail Associate – Enfield

About the role

This temporary Christmas Retail Associate position runs until 26/12/2026 and offers 25 hours per week across a Monday‑Friday shift pattern (5 days each week) starting at 9:00 am. The role covers our busy peak Christmas period, providing face‑to‑face customer service and merchandising expertise in retail stores. You will be based in Enfield and may be required to travel to other stores within your zone. A personal vehicle and a full driving licence are mandatory, and no leave can be authorised in December.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store.
• Set up and support promotional activities.
• Build strong relationships with host management teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Available to start as soon as possible.
• Own a vehicle and hold a full driving licence.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting is preferred.
• Retail or fashion sales experience is a plus.
