Christmas Retail Associate

About the role

This is a temporary Festive Retail Associate role covering our stores during the busy Christmas period, running until 26/12/2026. DCK is a leading fashion jewellery company working with major retailers such as River Island, M&S, Matalan and Tesco. The role requires a personal vehicle and a full driving licence and offers a flexible 20‑hour week across Tuesday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities and displays.
• Provide face‑to‑face customer service and support store sales.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing setting; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Own a vehicle and hold a full driving licence.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Available to start as soon as possible and work the specified shift pattern.
