Civil Enforcement Officer – East London

About the role

The Civil Enforcement Officer will patrol streets in East London, ensuring that parking regulations are respected and minimizing disruption for other road users. You will work alongside CCTV systems to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) and maintain a safe, orderly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Issue PCNs to vehicles in violation of parking rules.
• Record evidence and observations of parking incidents.
• Report any faulty equipment or signage that requires repair.
• Identify and report abandoned vehicles to management.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and observations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in civil or parking enforcement.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Willingness to provide personal black shoes; uniform will be supplied.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computerized enforcement systems.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of £21.14, rising to £21.60 after 12 weeks.
