Civil Enforcement Officer – Parking Enforcement

About the role
The Civil Enforcement Officer patrols streets in Barnet, ensuring considerate parking and minimizing disruption for drivers. You will work with CCTV and issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) to vehicles that breach parking regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Issue PCNs to vehicles parked in contravention of parking regulations.
- Record evidence and observations to monitor vehicle parking.
- Report any equipment needing repair promptly.
- Report problems with signs, lines, or street activity.
- Report abandoned vehicles to management.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months of enforcement experience.
- Strong eye for detail.
- Experience working with computerised systems.
- Willingness to provide own black shoes; uniform supplied.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
