Class 1 HGV Day Driver – Manchester (Full‑time)

About the role

Kinaxia Logistics is seeking reliable Class 1 HGV drivers for a full‑time, Monday‑to‑Friday day shift based in Manchester. You will join a supportive team that values driver wellbeing and offers a competitive salary of £40,560 per year.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Class 1 (C+E) heavy goods vehicles to deliver consignments safely and on schedule.
• Maintain compliance with road‑traffic regulations, company policies and health‑safety standards.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle checks and report any issues.
• Use digital tachograph equipment to record driving times accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with CPC card.
• Digital tachograph (Digi Tacho) card.
• No more than six current penalty points.
• No recent (last 5 years) disqualifying endorsements (DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT99).
• At least 12 months driving experience (new licence holders are also considered).
• Professional attitude and good communication skills.
