Class 1 Refrigeration Driver – Cat C+E (Days/Nights)

About the role

This temporary position offers a mix of day, night and weekend shifts delivering refrigerated goods across the South East. You will operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles, handling local depot runs, RDC deliveries and commercial routes while maintaining full compliance with paperwork and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated HGVs (Cat C+E, HGV1, LGV1) on assigned routes.
• Complete all required paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Track break times in line with Working Time Directive (WTD) rules.
• Adhere to agency, client and road‑network regulations at all times.

Required profile

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card.
• Digital Tachograph card.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in refrigerated HGV driving.
• Good spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Experience using palm couplings.
• Solid knowledge of UK motorway network and WTD regulations.
