About the role
We are looking for reliable Class 2 drivers to join our client’s fleet in Colchester. The position offers flexible weekly scheduling, a competitive hourly rate and the chance to progress to a permanent role for high‑performing candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Perform local drops, hub runs and long‑distance deliveries (3‑7 drops per day).
- Start shifts between 05:00 AM and 08:00 AM, Monday‑Friday.
- Maintain accurate records using a Digi‑tacho card.
- Provide courteous service to customers and uphold client standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience.
- Valid CPC and up‑to‑date Class 2 licence.
- Good spoken English for customer interaction.
- Ability to manage own schedule and meet delivery deadlines.
Required skills
- CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
- Digi‑tacho card operation.
- Valid Class 2 driving licence.

- Hourly pay between £16.42 and £21.02.
