Class 2 Driver – Distribution Centre

About the role

We are looking for a Class 2 Driver to join our Fareham Distribution Centre. The role offers fully‑funded CPC training, overtime opportunities and the potential to earn up to £41 000 while working a 45‑hour week on a rotating shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver stock safely to independent retailer stores across the region, completing multiple multi‑drop routes each day.
• Accurately complete all delivery paperwork and record keeping after each drop.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle’s condition at the start and end of each shift.
• Perform manual handling and hand‑balling of products, often in adverse weather conditions.
• Work autonomously while adhering to health, safety and company policies.

Required profile

• Valid Class 2 driver licence.
• Willingness to work 45 hours per week on any five days, including weekends.
• Physical ability to handle manual loading and unloading tasks.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
