Class 2 Driver – HGV Delivery for Retailer

About the role

GXO Logistics is seeking experienced Class 2 drivers to join our Bedford team, delivering goods for a major British retailer. This permanent, full‑time position offers a stable schedule and a supportive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out multi‑drop deliveries to retail locations and collect returns.
• Load and unload palletised goods and cages safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with the Depot Transport Office regarding any issues.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally, and efficiently while completing required documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Previous experience driving Class 2 vehicles.
• Full UK driving licence with category C+E entitlement.
• Valid Driver Qualification and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 current penalty points and no disqualifying endorsements.

• Annual salary of £43,495.
