Cleaner – Luxury Residential Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaner to maintain the high standards of a luxury residential development in East London. Working 30 hours per week, you will join a dedicated housekeeping team delivering pristine communal areas for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish entrance doors, reception furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and spot‑mop hard floors.
• Disinfect sanitary fittings and empty/replace waste bins.
• Maintain lifts, stairways, corridors, communal windows and handrails.
• Dust light fittings, pictures, paintwork and clean ledges, covings, skirting and balustrades.
• Report defects, damaged items or health‑and‑safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Concierge.
• Use only company‑provided cleaning materials and follow COSHH and health‑and‑safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role, preferably in a residential setting.
• Ability to work flexibly and undertake additional duties as directed.
• Professional appearance, wearing the uniform and identification badge while on duty.
• Attention to detail and commitment to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and health‑and‑safety procedures.
