Cleaning Operative

About the role

Join GXO Logistics as a Cleaning Operative on the Iceland operation in Swindon. You will work in a freezer environment, keeping the facility safe, clean and efficient while staying active and hands‑on.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated warehouse and freezer areas.
• Remove and clear ice build‑up within the freezer environment.
• Complete all cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard.
• Follow health and safety procedures and site requirements.
• Support the wider team in maintaining a safe, organised workplace.

Required profile

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in physically demanding and cold conditions.
• Reliability, punctuality and the ability to work independently.
• Previous cleaning experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
