Client Account Administrator

About the role

The Client Account Administrator will join Adecco's growing logistics team in Welham Green, Hertfordshire. This is a fully office‑based, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, typically from 8:00/8:30 am to 5:00/5:30 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and keep records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering high‑quality service.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare regular reports and support broader account‑management activities.
• Process and update customer information within internal systems.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Previous administration or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Logistics experience is beneficial but not essential.
