Client Advisor – Covent Garden (6‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking a thoughtful, curious and optimistic Client Advisor to join its Covent Garden store for a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will welcome clients into the Tiffany world, inspire them with the brand’s legacy, and help them celebrate special moments through personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled luxury service while meeting individual and store sales targets.
• Build and execute client development strategies to drive sales, cross‑sales and loyalty.
• Maintain compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational standards, including inventory, reservations and care services.
• Contribute to an inclusive, supportive team environment that values collaboration and joy.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, luxury retail or a client‑facing role such as hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving sales results and cultivating relationships with a diverse client base.
• Experience in an omnichannel luxury environment and familiarity with sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United Kingdom.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using client tracking systems.
• Competence with Microsoft Outlook and email communication.
