Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Loewe, you will work in a fast‑moving luxury environment, delivering memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage and contemporary spirit. You will build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the store’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Engage clients emotionally to provide exceptional, memorable service.
• Develop and maintain long‑lasting client relationships through regular communication.
• Share Loewe’s brand history and heritage through storytelling and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate client information in company tools and grow your client book.
• Collaborate with the team on visual merchandising and store standards.
• Ensure products are presented, stored, and secured efficiently.
• Support inventory management and ad‑hoc back‑of‑house tasks.
• Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and behavioural guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Background in a customer‑centric role, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong interest in fashion, art, and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, confident, and adaptable with an empathetic approach.
• Effective communication skills for building and maintaining a client portfolio.
• Results‑driven commercial mindset while maintaining a team‑player attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
