Client Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Advisor to join our Tiffany & Co. boutique within Selfridges London. The role focuses on delivering exceptional luxury service, building lasting client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑end service that reflects Tiffany’s standards of luxury etiquette.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through client development, cross‑selling, and upselling of new creations and services.
• Maintain compliance with Tiffany and LVMH operational procedures, including inventory, reservations, transfers, and care services.
• Engage clients with authentic brand storytelling, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and support colleagues in delivering Joy‑focused service.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail or a client‑facing hospitality role.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating a diverse client base.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for luxury jewellery and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
• Experience using client tracking systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Outlook and email for client communication.
