Client Liaison Manager

About the role

The Client Liaison Manager will lead the Sales & Marketing function for Acacia Mews Care Home, ensuring the home reaches its occupancy targets and maximises revenue. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the admission process while upholding the brand’s standards of care.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing activities to meet and exceed budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.
• Handle enquiries from prospects via phone, email, brochure requests and online channels.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of potential residents and forecast conversion timelines.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers in the care sector.
• Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Previous experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within health or care settings.
