Client Manager – Accountancy Practice

About the role

We are seeking a Client Manager to join a growing, modern accountancy practice in Waterlooville. You will own a portfolio of owner‑managed businesses, providing accounting, tax and advisory support while contributing to the firm’s expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of owner‑managed clients across multiple sectors.
• Prepare and review accounts, tax returns and bookkeeping assignments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering day‑to‑day advice.
• Mentor and support junior team members.
• Collaborate within a pod structure alongside experienced colleagues.

Required profile

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a UK accountancy practice.
• Proven experience managing a client portfolio and developing relationships.

Required skills

• ACA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
