Client Manager

About the role

Walker and Sloan Ltd are partnering with a well‑known performance and brand‑marketing agency in London to hire a Client Manager for their Client Services team. Working on a hybrid basis (three days a week in the London HQ), you will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, profitable work while driving new revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned clients, delivering monthly value reports and weekly updates.
• Coordinate internal teams by writing briefs, leading briefings, reviewing work‑in‑progress and presenting final deliverables to clients.
• Guarantee the quality of all client‑facing output, whether produced by you or reviewed from other teams.
• Support the Client Director in preparing and running Quarterly Business Reviews, renewal planning and strategic client discussions.
• Help shape client strategy using the agency’s 4Cs framework, uncover insights and propose new opportunities.
• Identify and pursue business‑development activities, including pitching new work and onboarding new clients.
• Manage client account administration, keeping commercial data and records up to date in the operating system.

Required profile

• Strong marketing mindset with a focus on strategic thinking and analytical insight.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build high‑trust relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment and collaborating across internal teams.
