Client Onboarding Manager – Global Markets (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Our client, a dynamic player in the Financial Services sector, is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join the Global Markets Client Onboarding team in Chester. The role involves delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory and documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end onboarding for institutional clients across Global Markets products and multiple lines of business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trading, Legal, Credit, AML/KYC and Operations to complete onboarding requirements on schedule.
• Monitor progress, identify potential delays and proactively drive resolutions.
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation and system data in line with internal policies.
• Assist with reporting, management information production and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding, client services or account management within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC and regulatory documentation for institutional clients.
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and contribute to continuous improvement.
