Client Relationship Advisor – Insurance (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Client Relationship Advisor to join a respected insurance provider in Taunton. The role combines office‑based work during the probation period with a hybrid schedule thereafter, allowing you to split your time between the office and home. You will help customers find the right insurance solutions while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Provide clear, professional advice across a range of insurance solutions.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience from enquiry to policy completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet team and business targets.

Required profile

• Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport.
• Consultative, customer‑focused mindset.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
• Experience in sales, account management, customer service or a regulated sector.

• Salary up to £30,000 DOE plus a bonus scheme (OTE around £35,000).
