Client Service Advisor – Logistics & Fulfilment

About the role

Join a leading logistics and fulfilment partner in Basingstoke as a Client Service Advisor. You will be the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate information and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling email, phone and system communications.
• Provide proactive updates on orders, production and fulfilment status.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients from sales hand‑over to go‑live.
• Configure and maintain client data in operational systems and raise works orders.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Production and Transport teams to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor stock movements, order progress and flag any operational risks.
• Maintain accurate client records, rate cards and support billing and invoice queries.
• Produce operational trackers and client reports to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client services, customer service, account management or operational support.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.

Required skills

• Experience with operational platforms such as Mintsoft.
• Familiarity with Nulogy or similar logistics software.
