Client Service Director

About the role

We are seeking a senior‑level Client Service Director to own and grow relationships with the UK’s largest insurance clients in the North West. This confidential appointment offers autonomy to shape regional strategy, build a high‑performing team and influence the direction of a well‑established insurance business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with the largest insurance clients in the UK.
• Hire, lead and develop a team of Account Directors across the North West.
• Define and deliver the regional client strategy for the insurance portfolio.
• Drive new business while retaining and growing existing high‑value accounts.
• Oversee complex, high‑value insurance programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence broader business direction.

Required profile

• Proven senior client‑facing experience within the insurance sector.
• Track record of managing large, complex insurance clients.
• Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial focus with ability to win and grow business.
• Credibility operating at senior stakeholder level.
• Strategic thinker who enjoys close client interaction.
