Sales Development Representative

About the role

CTI Digital is looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to build and maintain a healthy top‑of‑the‑funnel. You will work closely with Business Development Managers and the wider commercial team to generate high‑quality meetings and create a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑value prospects aligned with CTI’s digital transformation expertise.
• Engage stakeholders via email, LinkedIn and outbound calls using a consultative, needs‑based approach.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify opportunities and ensure alignment with service offerings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to refine pitches and hand off qualified leads.
• Manage outreach activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot CRM, reporting metrics to senior leadership.
• Act as a brand ambassador, staying ahead of industry trends to speak confidently about CTI’s work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation, preferably within a digital agency, technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Demonstrated skill in structured qualification conversations and thorough account research.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and performance metrics.
• Resilience and self‑motivation to meet activity and pipeline targets.
