Client Services Coordinator – Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Portsmouth. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering high‑quality service and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for designated accounts, ensuring excellent client management.
• Handle customer enquiries via email and phone, providing tailored solutions from start to finish.
• Strengthen key business relationships and manage multiple client accounts.
• Resolve complaints promptly to achieve positive outcomes.
• Liaise with third‑party providers and internal teams to meet client needs.
• Complete high volumes of administrative tasks related to account coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Coordinator role or telephone‑based customer service/call‑centre environment.
• Proven ability to manage several client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Excellent multitasking, organisational and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
