Field Sales Representative – Portsmouth & Hampshire

About the role

Flatpay is one of Europe’s fastest‑growing fintech companies, recently launched in the UK. We are building an ambitious sales team to help local businesses simplify card payments with transparent pricing and exceptional service. Key responsibilities

• Attend pre‑booked appointments with local businesses to demonstrate Flatpay’s payment solutions and convert opportunities into customers.
• Generate your own pipeline through referrals, networking and local prospecting.
• Understand each merchant’s needs and recommend the most suitable solution.
• Deliver and install payment terminals for new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Sales Development, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated with resilience to work towards ambitious goals.
• Organised and confident managing your own territory.
• Customer‑focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Commission‑only role with a guaranteed minimum payment of £60,000–£70,000 OTE.
