Client Success Account Manager

About the role

LADbible Group is seeking a social‑obsessed, highly‑driven Client Success Account Manager to lead social‑first branded content campaigns. You will own day‑to‑day client relationships and ensure campaigns deliver on time, on budget, and meet KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key brand partnerships, delivering fast‑paced weekly campaign work.
• Oversee production and delivery schedules, coordinating with the production team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, managing expectations and feedback.
• Lead briefing meetings to shape delivery strategy aligned with client and company goals.
• Accurately manage project finances, budgets, contracts and create statements of work.
• Report on campaign effectiveness weekly and prepare quarterly business reviews for major clients.

Required profile

• Strong background delivering complex projects across social video and static content.
• Good knowledge of social best practices, platforms and formats.
• Excellent account and project management skills, including briefing teams, timeline creation, presentations and cost management.
• Natural project leader able to steer team members and bring creative solutions.
• Comfortable building honest, trust‑based client relationships.
• Effective written and verbal communication, confident presenting clear narratives.

Required skills

• Experience with social video production.
• Experience with static content creation for social platforms.
• Understanding of social media best‑practice and platform formats.
