Client Success Associate

About the role

FE fundinfo, a financial data provider connecting the investment industry across the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific, is hiring a Client Success Associate in London. You will own a portfolio of clients using the Data Mastering products, guiding them from first use to confident, long-term partners. The London team works on a hybrid basis.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new Data Mastering clients from sales prospect to active, confident product users.
• Build and maintain close, long-term relationships across a portfolio of asset management and distribution clients.
• Proactively identify ways to help clients get more value from the products and services.
• Monitor client product usage and engagement so clients benefit consistently.
• Stay up to date with the portfolio and clients' evolving needs to make timely recommendations.
• Coordinate with product, operations and data strategy teams to link client requirements with the development roadmap.

Required profile

• Around one year of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in B2B client success, account management or relationship management.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders across all levels of a client organisation.
• Resilient, analytical, comfortable working independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Confident use of Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Comfortable applying AI tools to improve productivity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
