Client Success Manager

LRG is seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join its growing Corporate Lettings team in Reading. You will be the primary point of contact for our corporate clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their property portfolios are managed efficiently. Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate lettings clients.
• Oversee the successful management of client property portfolios.
• Deliver on service level agreements (SLAs) to retain and grow client business.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive additional business.
