Client Support Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Client Support Manager to join our financial services team in Bristol. The role is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days remote after probation, and offers a full‑time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, handling enquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
• Process new business applications, policy alterations, surrenders, switches and withdrawals in line with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Financial Planners and internal teams to resolve compliance or documentation issues.
• Prepare accurate client valuations, verify policy documentation and obtain missing information from product providers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and contribute to service enhancements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in financial services, wealth management, IFA or a similar environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM or back‑office systems.
