Clinic Manager – Luxury Wellness Brand (Knightsbridge)

About the role

Our client, a luxury wellness brand, is seeking a hands‑on Clinic Manager for its flagship location in Knightsbridge, London. You will own the clinic’s daily operations, lead a high‑performing team, and drive revenue across multiple premium sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day running of the Knightsbridge clinic, ensuring opening/closing standards, cleanliness and ambience.
• Manage and develop therapists and front‑of‑house staff, create weekly rotas and conduct regular briefings.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training to maintain staffing levels and brand standards.
• Own clinic revenue targets, drive service sales, retail, memberships and upselling.
• Ensure a seamless, luxury client experience and resolve any complaints professionally.
• Produce clear daily and weekly operational reports.
