Clinical Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact between healthcare professionals and our laboratory teams, ensuring a smooth customer journey from test order through to results. This hybrid position supports the delivery of personalised healthcare and diagnostic testing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries from clinics and healthcare providers.
• Support sample submissions and coordinate with laboratory staff.
• Resolve billing and invoicing queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics and healthcare partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or account management.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, diagnostics, laboratory services or life sciences is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive, customer‑focused approach and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM or order‑management systems.
