Clinical Helpline Nurse (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join Inizio in a hybrid position that blends remote clinical support with community‑based patient care. The role involves providing telephone advice on the Clinical Helpline and delivering hands‑on nursing for patients receiving parenteral nutrition and IV therapies at home.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls from patients, carers and healthcare professionals, offering clinical advice and triage.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to appropriate services.
• Provide specialist community nursing, including patient education and support for home‑based IV therapy and parenteral nutrition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to governance standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least two years post‑registration experience.
• Background in community nursing, homecare, IV therapy or related settings.
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making abilities.
• Valid UK driving licence.
