Clinical Negligence Lawyer (NQ+)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised claimant litigation team as a Clinical Negligence Lawyer. You will handle a diverse portfolio of medical negligence claims from initial instruction through to resolution, including cases that proceed to trial.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims, ensuring timely progress at each stage.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, witness statements and other court documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, settlements and, where required, at trial.
• Collaborate with senior counsel and support staff to deliver high‑value, complex cases.
• Maintain accurate case records and adhere to firm’s compliance standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in clinical negligence matters.
• Confidence in managing your own caseload and communicating effectively with clients.
• Ability to progress claims through all stages of litigation.
• Open to both newly qualified (NQ+) and more experienced practitioners seeking a supportive environment.
