About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner to join a well‑established clinical negligence team in Oldham. You will inherit an established caseload of around 40‑50 matters and will be responsible for managing your own portfolio from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and progress a caseload of 40‑50 clinical negligence matters efficiently.
- Provide a high standard of client care throughout each matter’s lifecycle.
Required profile
- 1–3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in clinical negligence.
- Demonstrable experience independently managing a clinical negligence caseload (unqualified candidates welcome).
