About the role

Join a nationally recognised Clinical Negligence department in central Liverpool. As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor you will manage a small, varied caseload while collaborating with senior solicitors on high‑value, complex claims.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Clinical Negligence claims from instruction through to completion.
• Work closely with senior team members on multi‑million pound matters.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with procedural deadlines.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients throughout the claim lifecycle.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with proven experience in Clinical or Medical Negligence litigation.
• Demonstrable ability to manage cases from cradle to grave.
• Ambitious and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Clinical Negligence law and procedure.
• Experience drafting pleadings, statements of case and settlement agreements.
• Effective case management and organisational abilities.
