Clinical Pharmacist – Medicines Management

About the role
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team and lead medicines management services across primary care, substance misuse, mental health and the East Midlands prison cluster.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate comprehensive medicines management services.
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy input across primary care, substance‑misuse and mental‑health settings.
- Ensure compliance with medicines legislation and governance frameworks.
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians.
- Contribute to service development across the East Midlands prison cluster.
Required profile
- GPhC‑registered pharmacist with a strong background in clinical pharmacy.
- Experience in secure environments or mental‑health settings is desirable.
- Collaborative, innovative leader who thrives in a dynamic multidisciplinary environment.
- Continuous UK residency for at least three years, with evidence on request.
