Clinical Project Manager – Operations

About the role

Caristo Diagnostics is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to join its rapidly growing Operations team in Oxford. You will work within the global data operations group, collaborating with colleagues in the US and UK, and manage external‑facing clinical and pharmaceutical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Define project strategies and ensure deliverables meet cost, quality, timescale and scope requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including site training and support.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, protocols, trial documentation, project plans and risk/issue registers.
• Use metrics to assess project success and implement necessary adjustments.
• Assist with customer assessment and qualification processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical project management experience in pharma, CRO or academic settings.
• Experience developing protocols and documentation for research projects (desirable).
• Background in regulated medical‑device environments (desirable).
